World of Wonders Travel Pvt. Ltd. – a unique B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) – was established by eminent travel visionary, Mr. Madhav Pai, in January 2014. With over 40 years of experience in the travel industry, Mr. Pai envisioned providing value-based, quality holidays and a true ‘WOW’ experience to travellers.
A distinguished personality in the travel fraternity and a pioneer in the Group Tours concept, Mr. Pai was instrumental in starting the Thomas Cook India outbound division in 1996, overseeing the entire portfolio of leisure outbound businesses. His profound knowledge, decades of experience, dedication, and sheer passion for leisure travel elevated Thomas Cook India to the number one position in the country—a status it maintained until he resigned in 2013 to launch his own unique venture, World of Wonders.

Rakesh is a senior Management professional with over 27 years of top management experience in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Experienced in outbound division set up possessing effective negotiation, organizational and decision-making skills. Extensive hands-on experience in almost every area of the industry with strong business contacts with overseas vendors,suppliers and clients.
Shibani brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the travel industry. Prior to joining WOW Holidays, she held senior management roles at Thomas Cook, where she played a key role in product development and operations. Known for her exceptional negotiation skills and strong relationships with suppliers worldwide, Shibani is widely respected in the industry for her dynamism, leadership, and deep expertise in leisure travel.
Tejal comes with over 30 years of experience working across various financial, business and treasury functions in Travel domain with exposure in organizations like SOTC. She has keen understanding of Banking, Foreign Exchange and Insurance business too and has been instrumental in assisting many start-up businesses.
Sangeetha brings with her an experience of over 15 years with the Finance Department of Jet Airways, market leader in the aviation sector in India. She is a highly organized analyst with a logical mind-set. She is a process and result oriented professional with vast experience in Financial Operations and MIS.
